Epoxy Glass Fabric Rod

Made of glass fabric impregnated with epoxy resin, then heated into prepreg and rolling into the rod shape, finally put into the different diameters molds, under high temperature and pressure to cure into the rigid laminated rods. Usually for mechanical and electrical applications, with good moisture resistance.

IEC Standard: EPGC41, EPGC42, EPGC43, EPGC308

NEMA Standard: FR4, G10

Diameter Size: 6mm to 200mm

Characteristics & Applications:

3840: For mechanical & electrical applications, with good moisture resistance. Cracks on top surface or section
for rod with diameter more than 25mm which is without hindering its usage are permitted
G10, FR4: For mechanical & electrical applications, with good moisture resistance. It can keep stable electrical
insulating property under heavy moisture.Cracks on top surface or section for rod with diameter more
than 25mm without hindering its usage are permitted.
EPGC308 has higher thermal ristance property comparing with the G10 & FR4 rod.

Futher processing: grind the surface, machine the rod, thread the rod, ect.
